So, you think I have all the time now…I always had some time for this, anyways i guess i have learned a lesson! After all i spend over 20 weekends in my executive MBA – no play no party…no blog posts…no gardening…etc!
This is an awesome concept – the title itself speaks to the topic i guess! “…one leadership development process that builds leaders and helps companies make money at the same time” says Marshall Goldsmith, (Source: HBR:Ask the Coach).
Action learning is a structured process with four essential elements:
- Creating an experience that engages learners
- Debriefing the experience
- Generalizing from results
- Transferring lessons to the future
